These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnyRemover. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accounts and Eligibility

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Permitted Use

You may use AnyRemover only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• upload or process content that you do not have the right to use;
• use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• remove watermarks, text, branding, or other elements from images in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized;
• interfere with the normal operation or security of the service; or
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Acceptable Use Policy for AI Image Editing

AnyRemover is intended for lawful, professional, and non-harmful image editing and transformation. You may not use AnyRemover to upload, edit, generate, enhance, transform, export, or otherwise process content that is:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, fetish, or otherwise intended for sexual gratification;
• sexually suggestive or exploitative, including content involving minors or content that could be interpreted as child sexual abuse material;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion material, or content that invades another person's privacy;
• hateful, harassing, violent, or intended to threaten, exploit, or harm another person;
• illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or designed to impersonate another person or mislead others;
• infringing, stolen, or used without the rights, permissions, or consents required for editing and processing; or
• designed to bypass our safeguards, reverse engineer the service, or facilitate unlawful conduct.

We may refuse to process content, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe your use violates this Acceptable Use Policy or creates legal, reputational, or safety risk for AnyRemover, our users, or third parties.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, and transform that content only as needed to operate and improve AnyRemover and provide the requested service to you.

Pricing, Credits, and Billing

Pricing displayed on AnyRemover forms part of these Terms. Unless clearly stated otherwise:

• credit packages are one-time digital purchases;
• credits may expire according to the validity period shown on the pricing page;
• taxes, duties, or similar charges are your responsibility where applicable; and
• payments are processed by Creem and related payment partners.

If subscription plans are offered on AnyRemover, they may renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellations and Refunds

If subscription plans are offered, you can cancel them before the next renewal date from your billing settings to stop future charges. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use AnyRemover to transmit malware, abuse infrastructure, scrape the service in an unauthorized manner, evade content restrictions, or engage in any conduct that harms other users or our business.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AnyRemover if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

Service Availability

AnyRemover is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

The AnyRemover website, branding, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AnyRemover.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
