• remove watermarks, text, branding, or other elements from images in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized;

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, and transform that content only as needed to operate and improve AnyRemover and provide the requested service to you.

Pricing, Credits, and Billing

Pricing displayed on AnyRemover forms part of these Terms. Unless clearly stated otherwise:

• credit packages are one-time digital purchases;
• credits may expire according to the validity period shown on the pricing page;
• taxes, duties, or similar charges are your responsibility where applicable; and
• payments are processed by Creem and related payment partners.

If subscription plans are offered on AnyRemover, they may renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellations and Refunds

If subscription plans are offered, you can cancel them before the next renewal date from your billing settings to stop future charges. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use AnyRemover to transmit malware, abuse infrastructure, scrape the service in an unauthorized manner, or engage in any conduct that harms other users or our business.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AnyRemover if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

Service Availability

AnyRemover is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

The AnyRemover website, branding, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AnyRemover.
