When AnyRemover purchases may be refunded and how to request support

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through AnyRemover.

One-Time Credit Packages

Credit packages are digital goods that are delivered to your account immediately after payment. Because these credits are provisioned instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been delivered.

We may approve a refund when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order;
  • credits were not delivered to your account;
  • a technical issue on our side prevented you from using the purchased credits and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time; or
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Subscription Plans

If subscription plans are offered on AnyRemover, you may cancel them at any time from your billing settings to stop future renewals. Cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not automatically refund fees that have already been paid, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate or erroneous billing.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@anyremover.com with the following details:

  • the email address used for your account;
  • your order ID or payment reference, if available;
  • the date of the charge; and
  • a short description of the problem.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can review the issue and try to resolve it quickly.
